    HOW DID THAT HAPPEN? Many so-called rare earth elements are actually quite common, and they are mined globally, but China has a near-monopoly on refining them for use in everyday electronics, like smartphones and speakers, as well as for crucial defense systems, like fighter jets.

    WTF?
    What imbecile thought it would be a good idea to buy components for our military equipment from the Communist Chinese? If any component uses electricity to function (like the gauges on our military aircraft), did it not occur to the buyer that the Chinese could easily insure there was a ‘back door’ in that component to permit remote control of that component? The Chinese ARE NOT our friends! They have been openly inimical toward the USA since 1949, since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China, under the rule of Mao Zedong in October 1949.
    China controls a significant portion of the global supply of rare earth minerals, which are essential for various applications, including electronics and military technologies, accounting for about 90% of the market.

    For much of the second half of the 20th century, the United States controlled the market on rare earth elements, after prospectors discovered them in Mountain Pass, Calif., in 1949. The exceptional Chinese foresight of the potentiality for the many applications of rare earth minerals is how we lost control of the rare earth market.

  • Hegseth Ordered Second Strike to Kill Caribbean Boat Survivors

    We have all heard for several days now that Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, has committed war crimes in the deaths of Venezuelan drug smugglers.

    WAR     CRIMES?     There has been no WAR declared by the USA against any country. I find it extremely difficult to charge anyone with “war crimes” without a war being declared. These charges were made by the now leftwing Communists we once knew as Democrats. The majority of DemonRat voters either haven’t yet recognized that transformation of their political party, or they just don’t care. Regardless of their reasoning, their continued participation makes them ideologically anti-Constitutional, anti-American and therefore anti-individual freedoms.


    MURDER? Illegal Venezuelan drugs kill/murder tens of thousands of Americans every year from illicit drug use! Yes, most of those deaths are the result of bad choices, yet we do not label them suicides.
    The elimination of drug smugglers in international waters is an act of protection of American lives. Drug smugglers are felony criminals.

    The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) addresses lawful and unlawful orders primarily through Articles 90 and 92: Article 92 criminalizes failure to obey orders or regulations, and Article 90 criminalizes willful disobedience of a superior commissioned officer. Court opinions and practice explain an order is lawful when it serves a valid military purpose, is clear and specific, and does not conflict with statute or the Constitution.

    Article 90 criminalizes willfully disobeying a superior commissioned officer and thus complements Article 92 when the order is a direct command to a particular subordinate. It is my understanding that the order was issued to a group, not a particular subordinate, and therefore does not meet the requirements of (10 U.S.C. § 892) Articles 90/92.
    §892. Art. 92. Failure to obey order or regulation

    Any person subject to this chapter who-

    (1) violates or fails to obey any lawful general order or regulation; (emph added)

    (2) having knowledge of any other lawful order issued by a member of the armed forces, which it is his duty to obey, fails to obey the order; or

    (3) is derelict in the performance of his duties;

    shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

    BOTTOM LINE… the Communists have been very patient, taking more than 100 years to blatantly make their presence in all our government agencies publicly known. The UCMJ does permit the refusal to comply with illegal orders, which is done at the individual’s personal risk.
    Those who carried out such orders – if in fact there were such orders issued – would probably be found innocent of murder by any objective judge and jury.

  • POTENTIAL TURBULENCE IN USA

    As I gazed into my crystal ball this morning, I saw the potential for impending acts of terrorism in the USA’s foreseeable future! Do not be surprised or unprepared for such occurrences, as the foundation for such acts was laid during the socialist governmental entity known as the “Biden” Administration (Jan 2021-Jan 2025). Reported figures in the available sources include roughly 8–10+ million southern border encounters since Jan 2021 (CBP-based reporting) and analysts’ estimates that some 6.7 million to 6–10 million people illegally “entered” or became part of the unauthorized population during the “Biden” years.

    Anyone with an intelligence level above that of “moron”, knew instinctively that Joseph Robinette Biden Jr, was not making presidential decisions! Biden was incapable of even campaigning with the regularity expected of someone running for the office of POTUS! When he did, on those three occasions, campaign – his crowds could fill a McDonald’s! Meanwhile our corrupt mainstream media, told us Biden received over 81 million votes in the 2020 presidential election, which is the most votes ever cast for a presidential candidate in U.S. history. Unfortunately, that is likely the number of Democrat  morons we have in the USA… that number is also an obvious lie!

    Bit by bit our Republic is being decimated by the innumerable minions of the One World Government, the goal of which is totalitarian rule of the entire world. At this point in that ideological transition the United States is the strongest of a double handful of nations that are withholding their sovereignty. The first large group to surrender their sovereignty is now known as the European Union (EU), composed of 28 nations that have willingly surrendered their citizens/subjects decision making freedoms to a single source. Individually they were undoubtedly the weakest nations in Europe, but together they became the weakest governed Union in the world.

    Statistically, we now have approximately 4.6 million Muslims in the USA, which is twice the size of our combined military forces. I very conservatively estimate that 10% (460,000) are here to assist in the destruction of our Republic, and the transition to rule via the One World Government… whether they know it or not. Add to that number paid leftwing revolutionaries, multiple NGO‘s, and (again a conservative number) 10% of the total illegal trespassers invited by the “Biden Administration” of – more realistically – 15-20 million we have the potential of roughly 2.5-3.5 million invaders within our nation looking to do us ill-will.
    We have two popular holidays coming in the next 32 days, Christmas and New Years, which carry religious and social memories, and I see either or both as potential reminders for American citizens.

    Awareness and preparedness is not paranoia! All Constitution and freedom believing Americans must be both aware and prepared for that which is potentially possible!

  • CIVIL WAR II, WWIII OR BOTH?

    I do not possess a crystal ball, however I have existed on this planet for nine decades, during most of which I have paid attention to its political evolution. Based upon my observations during that time, I believe that we are being forced into a governmental transition.

    My readers may have noticed that 90+% of the 192 nations recognized by the United Nations, are in fact under the political control of one or more of the totalitarian forms of governance, regardless of how they identify themselves to the world. How did this happen?

    For several decades, the majority of this world’s inhabitants have laughed and brushed aside the idea that our world is now controlled by the wealthiest elitists, individually and in association with each other. What are these so called “associations“?. Many of them have names with which the alert among us are quite familiar – George Soros, Bill Gates, the Bilderberg Group (A 2024 Bilderberg Group press release stated that there were 131 participants from 25 countries. The term “Bilderberg” primarily refers to the Bilderberg Group, an annual conference established in 1954 for political and business leaders from Europe and North America to discuss global issues. There is no specific “Bilderberg family” associated with this term; rather, it is named after the Bilderberg Hotel in the Netherlands where the first meeting was held.) some non-Governmental organizations (NGO’s – many of which are sponsored by the Communist George Soros), and virtually any organization with the all-encompassing word World in its title. The most frequent totalitarian titles bandied about in North America include the New World Order/One World Government/Deep State/Shadow Government, which is the same wolf (with sheep’s clothing from different flocks). Similar to the three-headed hound Cerberus, ostensibly the guardian of the gates of Hell, that guards the gates of the underworld to prevent the dead from escaping. The three heads represent the past, present and future, and imply that Cerberus will be there forever. I prefer to see Cerberus thusly…

    Because of the recent (2008-2016. and 2020-2024) socialistic governance of the USA, we now have 15-20 MILLION unvetted illegal aliens within our borders, many of whom are here to further the desires of the One World Government. If we are careless, we shall discover that we have lost our Democratic Republic, and have become slaves to socialism. This is where Civil War II and WWIII come into play.
    CIVIL WAR II
    With the invasion of 15-20M illegals, we also have a 2025 projection of the United States experiencing a Muslim population to be around 4.5 million, and Progressive politicians paint it as a utopia where everyone is treated equally and thrives under the protections of big government. A new Pew Research poll found that while most view capitalism favorably (57%), around 36% of Americans have a positive view of socialism. This is because anyone educated since 1984 has been indoctrinated to believe that “socialism is good, capitalism is evil”. Not everyone living in the United States is a true American, although most who are not freedom-believing, flag waving Americans, wear a mask obscuring their political ideology. These create the threat of civil disturbances leading up to civil war.
    WWIII
    While our Republic is involved in its internal conflagration created by the “Progressive” left, those external sources who are inimical (MUCH of the world) towards our freedoms may decide to take sides (leftwing) and join the fray, hence bringing about WWIII.

    I see a significant possibility of events such as the above stated occurring in the foreseeable future. Not today, perhaps not next week or perhaps not even in three months time, but almost any time after that there will be more large scale violence within our Republic. DO NOT BE CAUGHT UNREADY!

  • EPSTEIN FILES PURGED??

    The unedited, unredacted “Epstein Files” obviously have some level of importance, and undoubtedly contain information about some political and celebrity figures. Beyond that, the “Epstein files” – in all probability – contain the names of people of more than significant wealth, inasmuch as there were no $100 tickets on the Lolita Express.
    Any name on those files would carry with it an assumption that those named were pedophiles and/or pederasts, a title appropriately unbecoming for any morally perverse individuals. Sexual perversity is not something created in this century or even this millennia. It has probably existed since human were first placed upon this planet. Morals are a concept created by humans, and since the beginning of humankind morals have shifted back and forth and laterally, also by humans. There was little moral guidance before the first bible was created in the 2nd century. There were however, cultural laws establishing the concepts of crime and punishment.
    The first known written laws are attributed to King Ur-Nammu of Ur, dating back to around 2100-2050 BCE, known as the Code of Ur-Nammu. This code is considered the oldest surviving law code and was written in the Sumerian language on clay tablets.
    The Code of Hammurabi is a Babylonian legal text composed during 1755–1750 BC. It is the longest, best-organized, and best-preserved legal text from the ancient Near East. Ancient clay tablets did not endure thousands of years of exposure, so those known laws are quite sketchy at best. Both were lengthy, and the known punishments varied from a fine of some kind, to torture and death.
    But, all things must be judged in respect to their time. It would be foolish to expect the humanity of the BCE to be judged against todays standards. In the harshest of times, the demonstration of unsatisfactory human behaviors have depended upon harsh consequences to correct such errant behaviors within the edicts of that society.
    Human beings, according to most religions espousing the thoughts and words of a “Supreme Being”, were designed to be imperfect, and those imperfections are rampant among the monied elite. Those who have much, always seem to want more.. and exceeding moral taboos is one way of feeling god-like. Regardless of any reason, sexual moral turpitude is an unacceptable behavior, and those engaged in it should be identified and punished today!

  • “WAITING FOR THE RIGHT MOMENT”

    Waiting for the right moment is the procrastinator’s favorite excuse for ignoring that particular moment in time to perform an action of some type. Great things are not the product of waiting for, but rather creating that moment after due thought, consideration and evaluation. Thomas Edison famously said, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work,” emphasizing that failure is a valuable part of the learning process. He viewed each unsuccessful attempt as a step toward eventual success, highlighting the importance of perseverance in innovation.


    There are of course, certain actions that may take some personal preparation and insight. A marriage proposal is one where many people (mostly romantics) feel the need for soft music, candles, and flowers to support a successful proposal.

    And, there are other situations where quick action is virtually demanded. For example, your medical professional tells you that you require a significant surgery procedure to remain among the living. If you prefer living to the alternative condition, procrastination is not your friend. Other than perhaps getting a second opinion, there should be no hesitation on your part.

    If you have a difficult and uncomfortable action needed, “waiting for the right moment” will not work well for you. Actions of that type usually fail to get easier and/or more comfortable with the passage of time. Some people put it off in the hope that it will become unnecessary, or better yet, forgotten! What it is most likely to become is an emotional irritant, constantly nagging at you and keeping you off your normal ‘game’. People will notice changes in your behavior, and you will likely get unwanted questions about those changes, along with both sincere and insincere offers to attempt to help you find the old you.

    Putting off until tomorrow what you could be doing today, cannot be done, because tomorrow never comes, neither literally and figuratively. We always function in today!

  • Republicans argue ‘big-hearted president’ Trump is keen to end shutdown

    The ONLY WAY the Demonrat’s governmental shutdown will end is if their own paychecks are stopped, and I don’t believe President Trump has the legal power to do that. The Demonrat opposition party wants too much, and the President is trying to minimize frivilous and unnecessary governmental spending. Demonrat voters either don’t realize or don’t care that the Demonrat Party has become the Demonrat-Socialist Party!

    As of 2025, the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) has approximately 80,000 members. “THE SQUAD” c onsisting of Democratic Congresswomen in the U.S. House of Representatives, and originally formed by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley, and Rashida Tlaib, who were elected in 2018. The group has since expanded to include members like Greg Casar, Summer Lee, and Delia Ramirez, advocating for progressive policies such as Medicare for All and the Green New Deal.Membership has fluctuated significantly over the years, peaking at around 95,000 in 2021 before declining and then stabilizing around the current number. The life of our Republic is seriously threatened by the Socialist ideology, spread by our government after the establishment of the Federal Department of Education in 1984.

    Our youth attending public schools during the last four decades have experienced “Socialism good, Capitalism evil!’” being drilled into their young impressionable minds by the progressive left teachers. According to the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) in fall 2022, about 49.6 million students were enrolled in public elementary and secondary schools . Of these public school students in fall 2022,
    15.5 million attended grades 9 to 12
    1.5 million attended prekindergarten
    2.5 million attended kindergarten to grade 8; and
    32.5 million attended kindergarten to grade 8
    And that is only one year! Mutiply the first number by 14, and you’ll discover that approximately 217,000,000 youth “attended” grades 9-12. Be aware that “attended” does not necessarily mean completed!

    Most people have had a significant level of trust in the news media, both printed and broadcast. However, with the imposition of AI, a tool which in the control of any government can create a “truth” which is a tool for control of the masses, as opposed to factual reality. The intelligent members of our socienty, have known for decades that all governments invariably bend the news in its favor to minimize social reaction, and avoid potential civil unrest.

    Unfortunately, and inasmuch as the “truth” in reality has several variants, we must trust our abilities to observe and critically evaluste that which we see and hear. We must accept that any “universal truth” is known to a relatively small number of people – perhaps a dozen or so – therefore we tend to believe our “personal truth“, which we freely share amongst family, friends and random individuals whom we assume are interested in our understandings of the world. That creates the “group truth”, which may or may not eventually become the “societal truth”. Any and all of these “truths” carry – to varying degrees – a level of acceptance. A charismatic leader can influence great numbers of followers to accept his/her point of view… like the MAGA movement under Donald Trump.

  • AMAZON ELIMINATES 14,000 CORPORATE JOBS

    Amazon is reportedly eliminating 14,000 corporate-level jobs, supposedly replacing them with AI. With no information regarding the cost of the AI transition, Amazon Corporation will realize an annual salary savings of approximately $15,169,068,000 (roughly $15.12B).

    Unsurprisingly, customers will benefit from none of that $15.12B. The top individual insider shareholders of Amazon are Jeff Bezos, Andrew Jassy, and Jeffrey Blackburn, and the top institutional shareholders are Advisor Group, Vanguard Group, and BlackRock.

    Interestingly, BlackRock and Vanguard are among the three largest institutional investors for all 505 companies in the S&P 500, with one or the other being the single largest institutional investor in 422 of these companies. This means they have significant stakes in virtually all major corporations listed in the S&P 500.

    Amazon shareholders are so greedy, they unilaterally increased the cost of Amazon Prime, and then began charging Amazon Prime customers for Prime TV, and have inserted advertizing within Prime TV. Amazon has also begun sucking even more money out of their Prime customers, by getting them hooked on a series, and then after a handful of episodes demanding that the custmer pay for the rest of the series! I hope that Bezos, Jassy et al choke on their Surf-n-Turf dinners, while most of their customers are eating meatloaf while they can still afford hamburger!

  • MY PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE…

    Life is not meant to be lived by years, but by moments. Our lives are a tapestry of moments, woven together into stories, and then the stories are stitched together into chapters. These chapters are the sum total of that which we have experienced, felt, desired, loved, created and destroyed.

    As it has been said, we cannot change our history, but we can change all future moments through the exercise of our free will. What you were yesterday, does NOT dictate what you must be tomorrow. Tomorrow will be the end result of your decisions and actions that day. Those decisions and actions which you deemed unsatisfactory, can be resolved as you progress through the following day.

    If you allow yesterday to command today, you will always be a day behind where you should be in your life. Life is what you make of it. The feeling of personal success springs from the resulting application of knowledge, determination and practice of the knowledge and skills which you have acquired during every prior moment of your life. The only obstacles you cannot overcome are those you either accept as such, or create for yourself. Refuse to be deterred by any obstacle, and become the person you wish to be!
